Going to Boonville

We're leaving for a long weekend in Boonville. I hope to return with stories of eating wild boar, walking around an apple orchard and of course sampling beer, wine and food. We will be guests of a San Francisco author and his family, and there is at least one other couple going. Our host has already bagged two boars this summer, so I may not get a chance to have my own Michael Pollan type experience of helping butcher and cook one. Here's hoping....
