CHEF BROTHER MENTION ALERT!
My brother Josh Ladd is now the Executive Sous Chef at the Claremont Resort. I gave a him a few months to settle in before visiting Jordan's Restaurant. Jordan's is more fancy and elegant than the Paragon, but there is still tasty food and outstanding views. If you are a celeb watcher or Cal sports fan, the chances of spotting someone strolling around the lobby are highly probable.
The lamb sandwich was tender and tasty and I loved the addition of figs to the accompanying salad.
Jordan's currently needs a pastry chef.
Lamb sandwich?? first time to heard that, I want to taste that sandwich..

This sandwich is a sure winner... I have tasted a lamb sandwich before and if I remember it right I ate two and even ordered another one for takeout (for my husband to taste). I don’t know but compared to beef this one taste better.

Great mention regarding the your brother. I search over the Google regarding the Claremont Resort. It looks good and have a big resort. It is good that your brother is chef over these resort. However Congrats to have these great job at the Resort. :)
